Session and most Scottish Sheriff Courts on over one thousand occasions.
We act as expert witnesses.

reports have been instructed by courts, curators, solicitors and
insurance companies.
- Our
reports have addressed issues such as reparation; educational
disputes; contact; sexual abuse and its effects on children;
intellectual disabilities (both children and adults) and freeing for
adoption.
- We
accept instructions to assess the intellectual level,
educational attainments and special courtroom arrangements required
by children, adolescents and adults charged with criminal offences.
- We
have extensive experience of working with children and
adolescents who have intellectual, social, emotional and physical
difficulties.
