Male bettas are highly territorial and should not be kept with other bettas. Bettas are tropical fish and should be kept between 74 – 82 degrees Fahrenheit. It is recommended to keep each betta in a 2 gallon or larger tank with a heater, filter and live plants. Weekly water changes of 50% are recommended to keep the water clean.
