Karseell Collagen Hair Mask Shampoo and Conditioner Travel Set

My hair is so soft and healthy right now! Did you ever just get busy with life and forget to do the important things like take proper care of your hair? Maybe give it a nice deep condition? Use a hair mask? Well that’s been me for about the past year, I’ve been very busy! When I saw the set and decided to pick it up, I thought it’s time for me to remember to take care of my hair. I put it through a lot of neglect and I test a lot of different products out on it, but I don’t always remember to take care of it properly. I gave my hair a spa night and it’s very happy with me right now. This set comes with a very large container of hair mask and two smaller travel size containers of shampoo and conditioner. I can tell you that just using the shampoo and conditioner alone I saw a huge difference in my hair and the health of what I was looking at and how dry and brittle it no longer appeared to be. The shampoo I needed to use so much less of it than I expected. I really thought with as small as the bottle was that I was going to go through it in a single shower session. I often have to shampoo my hair twice in order to get all the product and build up out. My hair is just below my shoulder blades in length just for reference. I only needed to shampoo my hair once with this and it got all of the usual buildup out of my hair and left my hair clean and ready for conditioning. I didn’t realize initially that I was going to need such little product even on the first go round so I ended up with a head of hair so full of suds it was now twice the size it normally is. I’m trying to think of how to describe the amount you need to use I’d say maybe, when you pour it into a cupped hand, a 2 inch sized amount of shampoo. I hope I’m making sense here you don’t need much is what I’m trying to tell you. After rinsing this all out, I used the conditioner, which was nice and thick as well as being easy to distribute from my mids to ends. Both of these had a nice light sent that didn’t linger or cause any issues. If you’re sensitive to that, I don’t think this will be a problem for you. My second time around taking a shower and using this, I decided to use the shampoo and hair mask instead of the conditioner. I shampooed my hair, got out of the shower grab the tub of conditioner I forgotten, stepped back into the shower, used the hair mask, put my hair up into a hair cap to let it sit for the 15 minutes noted in the instructions. I finished up my shower, got out, did a couple of things I needed to do and actually ended up going more toward the 25 minute range with the shower cap on and hair mask in. Then I hopped back in the shower to rinse it out. My hair felt so hydrated and soft! I was concerned that once I use the blow dryer on it all of that feeling of health and happiness would be taken away by the heat of the blow dryer drying out my ends again, but that didn’t happen. I was pleasantly surprised when after even styling my hair, it still had a lustrous shine, bounce, and body to it. My initial thoughts on the $30 price tag was that for a set that is really only a starter kit with smaller than standard travel sized shampoo and conditioner, it was overpriced. Now, having used it and seeing how large the included hair mask is and how little shampoo and conditioner you need to use, if you’re just going that route this is actually a pretty good price. If you’re hesitating commit to buy the larger bottles, this is a great way to give us a try or if you’re looking for a gift to give to someone you know who’s hair is in need of a little TLC, this would be a great pick up. I’m really quite happy with this and I may be purchasing the larger bottles to keep in my shower for every day use.
